why us?
Let's talkImmediate suitably qualified pros.
With Fixinc, you have multiple, highly qualified resilience professionals dedicated to your programs from day one.
An affordable option 80% cheaper than a hire.
Our average programs fees are up to 70% less than a salary, completed in 5 months, and covers you for over 12.
We help you hire full time with confidence.
We will cover the full resilience spectrum.
A permanent hire will still outsource program support beyond their skill sets, costing you significant investment. We can put every discipline in place from plan design and build, training, exercising, threat intelligence, and even technology.
No commitments to us.
We will work extremely hard to ensure you want us around for good, but if you don't, there are no commitments and 'get out' restrictions.
Do nothing, employ someone, or consider Fixinc?

Don't just take our word for it.
Fixinc has helped dozens of organisations fill significant gaps within their operational and strategic resilience. Most businesses we work with are at a size where some level of resilience maturity is already in place, but they are unaware of how to take it to the next level. As we did with UTS, we provide the tools to fix that.

FAQs
We're sure you have some questions.
This offering is out of the blue after all. Let us address some of them below.
We highly recommend having a professional permanently available at some point. However, this opportunity is set up to allow a program to run during a secondment period or while the market is scarce of talent. Corporate resilience requirements and expectations don’t stop just because you don’t have someone employed in that position. We fill that gap and we’ll even help recruit someone at the end of the program's term.
What is your recruitment experience?
We consistently recruit for the roles you are trying to fill. Through our Advisory Board, we are reviewing and vetting a substantial pool of professionals with a vast portfolio of experience daily. Not to mention our co-Founder, Ollie who comes with many years experience in specialised recruitment for the likes of Jaguar LandRover, GCHQ, and Centrica; his experience now providing us with comprehensive competency frameworks we use for recruitment, and will provide to you obligation free.
Why wouldn't you just charge a full salary worth?
Because we don’t need to. We have systems in place and people to manage them that take up to 80% less time than most organisations. We have technology that supports our processes (like Business Impact Analysis tools, and a portal). Not to mention, our hourly rates equate to a lesser amount than a salary, you don’t need to pay our tax, or insurance. It’s just overall more affordable.
Are we locked into any contracts?
In previous lives, our founders, Brad and Ollie have seen the negative effect locked contracts can have on relationships with clients. We do not work like this. You can initiate our 'short pay' option if our work doesn't meet your expectations. With that said, we have a 100% success rate of returning clients and pride ourselves in being a partner for life as a result of our premium work.
I have a salary budget that will be eaten into now.
To reiterate, we’re providing a program that will last at least 12 months, be completed in no more than 5 months, and allow you to distribute those budgets and funds elsewhere. However, this budget can be invested in the evolution of your organisation's resilience beyond your stakeholders expectations; a competitive edge for the ages.
Why would it take an employee 12 months?
There are many reasons, but the most common is resource. Your in-house resilience professional has other requirements outside of design and developing a program which pulls their focus elsewhere. It may also be that they do not have that specific experience in the first place. Risk Managers and Crisis Managers seldom know the technicalities of building a comprehensive, ISO standard BC program.
Why is talent so sparse?
At Fixinc, we’re building a resilience Directory that will be the largest of its kind with over 10,000 listed vendors on it. Whilst researching these vendors, we’ve found many professionals have either been with the same company for decades, or they have started their own consultancy / become a contractor (the latter providing them better pay). There are fewer opportunities for graduate level professionals and only a handful of consultancies available for them to join. In fact, we’ve found available talent dramatically decline since 2017.
There is a program in place already.
Perfect, we can work with that too. And you won’t have to train us on this or find someone in your business who knows how to. We are very familiar with taking unfinished, or neglected programs and plans and sharpening them up and creating simple onboarding and training documentation for them - meaning any new staff can easily run with them. It’s our bread and butter.
