Minimal Viable Product
An MVP helps understand whether the project is going in the right direction early. This is a low risk, cost effective way to begin integrating technology into your wider IT environment whilst also having a tool capable of training and exercising people through social simulators.

No software is ever finished. It must evolve against organisational objectives and external influences. That's why in phase three, we work heavily on the evolution of the tool which often includes technical support, advisor services, and on-sell capabilities to monetise the solution as you wish.
Your project roadmap will ensure an MVP is live promptly and that each milestone can evolve as your needs do, preventing lock-in contracts and investments. Milestones help keep us accountable and stakeholders confident in the progress.
Off-shelf tools (SaaS) are generic problem solvers, not specific to you. You won’t have control of the development like you do here. We also specialise in creating scenarios and training material that utilises the most recent data sources you choose to tap into.
This is determined by the complexity of your tool. We have premium options and basic MVPs, split over milestone payments. Typically, enterprise organisations invest heavily into this software and outsource it to partners and suppliers. There are also government grants that can cover the development costs. The AI creates scenarios based off the historical data input and creates consequences as a result of the user’s actions. This may include Deep Fakes, social injects, as well as monitoring of the exercise data. However, AI is given specific and particular jobs; we do not allow it to run freely through your whole tool. This avoids potential false information and keeps everything clean.
